Welcome to the Upper East Side, your one and only source in the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite. This game is about the high schoolers who live in the upper east side neighborhood. Tainted by scandals and rumors - it is definitely an interesting place to live. Trust funds are squandered, millions of dollars get hoarded and there is never a dull moment surrounding the families involved. Whether the money is new, old, inherited or earned - no one is ever running low. Unless of course Mommy and Daddy have cut you off.
The Upper East Side is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City, between Central Park and the East River. The Upper East Side is within an area bounded by 59th Street, 96th Street, Central Park, and the East River. Once known as the 'Silk Stocking District', it has some of the most expensive real estate in the United States. The most expensive Upper East Side penthouse (in The Pierre Hotel) was listed in the classifieds for approximately $100 million, and the most expensive townhouse was listed for $75 million!

Everyone lives on the Upper East Side and for the moment we are not allowing the have-nots. In the future - once the game grows - we will start allowing a few key characters in the game that do not live this sort of lifestyle.

While we don't require biographies / facts, we are warning you now - we are only accepting people with good examples. We will read your examples and if we can tell by your writing you like detail ( no, we don't expect novel length ) and can actually flesh out your character in your writing we will accept you.
